Own the end‐to‐end cyber security concept for the new vehicle E/E platform and derive down to ECU and embedded software level. Establish, lead, and enhance the security lifecycle in alignment with the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) and supporting standards. Lead Threat Analysis & Risk Assessment (TARA), security goals and controls, and ensure full traceability from architecture to implementation and verification. Guide secure system and software architecture design (secure boot, key/credential management, secure communication, patch and update strategies, incident response, secure diagnostics). Coordinate cross‐functional delivery with engineering teams, suppliers, and external partners to ensure compliant and robust product security. Promote security‐by-design across the E/E Division by coaching teams, conducting reviews and audits, and reporting security risks and status to leadership.
Several years of experience in embedded cyber security for complex E/E systems—ideally within automotive or balancing, large‐scale environments. Strong working knowledge of the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) or comparable standards (ISO21434, UNECE155/156), security compliance, and embedded product security lifecycle processes. Deep technical understanding of embedded systems and technologies (ECUs, RTOS, cryptography, secure communication, OTA, scaled and nested embedded networks). Proven capability to successfully operate in and navigate ever‐changing, evolving environments, maintaining clarity and direction despite ambiguity. Demonstrated ability to drive and support organizational and technical change while building alignment across multiple stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal skills with robust English language proficiency for communication in an international team. Fluency english skills (written and spoken) paired with fundamental knowledge
