Logistics know-how: You know the trade logistics and commissioning and understand what is happening in the operating daily business. Leadership: You stand up sovereignly, make decisions and lead binding, value-adding and with a clear claim to performance. Communication strength: You communicate open, clear and at eye level, create trust and bring different people together for common goals. Analytical & strategic view: You recognize relationships, work with key figures and develop concrete solutions from challenges.
