Campus Mensch is a non-profit holding company that supports people with disadvantages and promotes their social participation. The non-profit workshops and housing companies GmbH (GWW) offers individual support in the areas of housing, work, day structure and education. In the field of work, GW offers jobs in the two counties of Böblingen and Calw in the various sectors of the automotive industry, the service sector and in cooperation with industrial customers.

You drive forward the strategic development of the area of participation and design processes as well as projects independently and agile You advise our management on relevant legal and social policy issues and provide concise analyses, reports and recommendations for action You develop new offers in the participation area, work closely with our business leaders and secure high professional standards You control participation projects, promote cooperation between our internal stakeholders and actively introduce our perspective into internal and external bodies You agree on technical orientations with those responsible for resource design and represent our company confidently to the outside You take over the disciplinary leadership of your team, design personnel development, accompany selection processes and ensure transparent communication in everyday life

You don’t have to be an “single” – important to us: a completed study in Social Work, Education, Social Sciences, Public Management, etc. Knowledge in the SGB IX & BTHG and experience in the field of participation Joy of project-oriented and agile work Communication strength & ability to understand complex content digital affinity (e.g. Miro, MS Teams, Office 365) independent, structured operation Empathy, openness & team spirit
