You are an all-rounder (m/w/d) and with your team support our customers with individual credit requests. You work out the requests from a pool and celebrate the successes as a team You are a contact person for our customers by phone (incoming and outgoing calls) and written questions or concerns about their loan application You strengthen the bond of customers to CHECK24 You take into account the individual wishes of our customers and enable high customer satisfaction through a high service orientation You support administrative activities, track the current customer status in the system and keep close exchange with other departments

You ideally have completed vocational training, e.g. office businessman (m/w/d), merchant in retail (m/w/d), apprenticeship as a seller (m/w/d) or similar You want to finally start your career in customer support, have a high level of readiness as well as motivation for continuous further development and ideally bring first experience in customer contact with You convince by a careful and customer-oriented way of working and a high team spirit You are strong in communication (fluential knowledge of German in word and writing), have a positive radiance and have joy in contact with people You'll get an availability of min in parttime employment. 20 hours at least 3 days with
