Building Technician (m/f/d)

For our service field Finance, Regulation and Procurement in Tribe Corporate Real Estate Management we are looking for you as a building engineer (m/w/d) in Münster in full or part-time from 30 hours a week. Your activity is assigned to the Chapter Technology Security. Here you work with 7 colleagues across locations and with a variety of interfaces.

Tasks with perspectives As an employee of the technical real estate management, it is your task to ensure the technical operation in all Atruvia IT AG buildings at the Münster site. You are versed in utility technology ideally in the context of data centers, including the associated service control. In the case of dismantling and rebuilding measures at the data centers and office space, you take over planning, processing and monitoring of the work. Regular maintenance and inspection work on high-availability supply technology is your responsibility. Disruption disorders at plants and technical facilities and the support of MSR/building control technology are among your tasks.

Personality with profile Complete engineering studies, technician or master training in the field of electrical engineering, focus on energy and plant engineering, as well as several years of relevant professional experience in the field of building management and supply technology or comparable qualifications. Special expertise in the operation of specific supply systems as well as knowledge in the areas HKLS, secure knowledge in the Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge in network Building control technology completes your profile. You have knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and good English (B2 level).
