KG, we are looking for a full-time employment at the next possible time, initially limited to two years with option on determination, at our Essen site Junior Project Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibility for building and maintaining customer relationships and for a successful brand experience of our participants

Qualitative customer advice in the following areas:

• Competition registration including jury presentation
• Presentation of excellent products and projects in on- and offline publications as well as in the Red Dot Design Museums, including the support of release processes, material requirements and the monitoring of deadlines
• Ticket award and ongoing communication on annual awards

Active cooperation in the further development of the customer journey in interdisciplinary teams

A comprehensive and always up-to-date overview of companies and product developments in selected industries

Support in the organization of the competitions ''Red Dot Award: Product Design' and ''Red Dot Award: Brands & Communication Design'

Successfully completed university studies, training or a comparable qualification

First experience in the agency environment, in the area of client service, account management, project management or similar

Service orientation and empathy in customer dialogue

Very good knowledge of English and German in word and writing

Other foreign language skills are advantageous

Good knowledge of the MS Office package, especially in the application of Word, Outlook and Excel

High implementation and result orientation

Representative team competence and communication skills
