The aim of this trainee programme is to take over the tasks of the central outsourcing and emergency officer (success planning) in a perspective. In this responsible position, you will then report directly to the top management. The following priorities are placed in the trainee program: You will get comprehensive insights into the work of the Compliance department with the focus on “deposit and emergency management”. You will also receive basics and knowledge in the fields of information security, ICT risk management and data protection. You learn the necessary methodological competence and develop the technical qualification to take over an instructor function. You accompany monitoring, training and consulting measures from the above-mentioned topics, taking on more responsibility gradually. You support the implementation of relevant laws, regulations and regulatory requirements from the field of responsibility. You work in projects and help implement the necessary measures and processes.

What are you doing with: You are a banking business owner: in (SBW), you have an economic or comparable degree. You will have the willingness to complete the necessary training for the job during a period of about 24 months. You are safe to use MS Office applications, especially Excel You have an IT affinity and enjoy quality-oriented work You ideally provide knowledge of the various divisions of the banking business and knowledge of the essential internal operations.
