• Coordination of tenders for Land Transport in Germany

• Technical check of customer alerts and reply to RFIs & RFQs

• Preparation of tender / customer data for costing

• Individual customer calculations and offers

• Processing of cross-site tenders

• Participation and customer and award talks

• Close coordination with Key Account Management and other stakeholders

• Implementation

• Professional experience required in tender management

• Experience with professional customer communication

• Costing expertise required in the field of land transport

• Analytical thinking

• High level of initiative and willingness to design as well as independent and targeted working methods

• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing

• Professional Excel skills

• Very good Power Point knowledge
