Responsible for the introduction, commissioning and further development of our CNC system as well as the manufacturing processes, including operation, armor and programming of wood processing machines, optimization of series production and ensuring high production quality Head of an inclusive team of about 60 employees. You promote individual strengths, guide professionally and make working day worthwhile Serial production in the fields of wood, assembly and assembly as well as development of own products Calculation of orders, creation of programs and ensuring a smooth process from idea to finished product Joy in handling clients and the acquisition of new customers

Completed training as a carpenter/wooden technician (m/w/d) with further training as a master, technician or CNC specialist for wood or a pedagogical qualification in the social field (e.g. medical education). The other qualification is built up with our support (e.g. CNC qualification or special educational additional qualification WfbM/SPZ). Ideal knowledge in the field of CAD/CAM software and first leadership experience Ability to easily explain complex work steps as well as empathy and joy in working with people An eye for aesthetics and the desire to represent the area ''Holz & Design'' also medial (Content Creation) to the outside You will also keep track of the full order books and work in a solution-oriented manner
