Develop specific rules and frameworks for the IT security of banking and financial supervision and implement the IT cyber security strategy and related measures. Actively support the digitalization and innovation issues of the banking supervision and/or the single European banking supervisory mechanism (SSM) and introduce yourself to the operational planning of the SSM technology strategy. Keep an overview of the overall architecture of the IT system landscape, design and optimize this continuously and develop the platform strategy with clear specifications. Control IT architecture projects from conception to go-live to maintenance and care. Support department and main group management as well as committees and working groups of the Bundesbank and the SSM in matters of IT security, innovation and architecture.

Master or equivalent degree of (economic) informatics or a degree course with a focus on information technology Very good IT expertise on web platforms and application development as well as digitalization and innovation Very good knowledge of IT security technologies and procedures, security requirements, security threats and gaps, measures and risk scenarios Good knowledge of IT security management, including standards (e.g. ISO/IEC 27001, 27002 and 27005), strategies, regulations and associated processes Good knowledge of software architectures, architecture management and underlying principles Knowledge of international and national rules (e.g. DORA,BAIT,MaRisk) and their IT effects Practical experience in these areas is desirable Very good analytical and conceptual skills Very good communication and presentation skills Negotiations Very good German and good English communication skills
