Your duties • Playground controls, functional controls in empty apartments, object visits and housing removals, transfers • Data acquisition with mobile devices • Acceptance of rent and repair orders • Outdoor cleaning • Small repairs • Winter service

Your profile • Complete vocational training in a profession of construction and development • Basic knowledge of general technical questions • Required are basic knowledge of rental law • Class B driving licence • Ready-to-use and organisational skills • Good conception, team-ability, duty-consciousness and self-responsibility according to instruction • Integrity and intercultural competence in dealing with tenants and exporting companies • Computer knowledge (MS-Office) and the willingness to acquire special housing software
