With you, our employer brand is visible and consistent: you build standards and formats for a consistent and effective employer brand – scalable, connectable and fit for everyday use You create a strong brand experience along the Candidate-Journey – digital, in print and on site: you understand how tech enthusiasts tick where they are on the move, how to reach them, attract attention and attract interest for SPIE. To do this, you develop toolkits, templates and tailor-made measures – from basics such as smartly structured job advertisements to effective crossmediale campaigns You develop tool cases for recruiting activities on site: With your solutions, you deliver everything you need to ensure that recruiters and local leaders can act independently – professional, inspiring, convincing and brand-compliant You build the digital consistent brand image to inspire people for our multi-technology variety of SPIE – on the website, on social media and expand influencer programs. You convince with target-group-relevant content – text, image, videos, stories and reels (behind and before the camera)

You bring comprehensive experience and multiannual work in the field of Employer Branding You are a winning personality and move safely into interface structures You are highly conceptual and develop solution-oriented ideas, can inspire the relevant internal actors and create targeted briefings for the network to external creatives/ agencies You understand your craft – digital, print and on-site: you know how crossmediale measures work and how to reach target groups. You understand to effectively stage text and (movable) image. You bring PS to the streets with your creativity and commitment. You create consistency, recognition and technical enthusiasm – even with simple means. With you every measure will be brand-compliant, credible and feasible You are structured and can prioritize – and you know how to achieve the greatest possible impact with budgets. You coordinate projects, keep KPIs and impact in mind – and make sure that the measures are taken You communicate clearly and purposefully – mainly in German and also bring good English skills
