You actively shape the continuous development of our bank and take responsibility for diverse and demanding tasks relating to quality management. No day is the same for the other – you expect varied challenges and cross-departmental projects to give you insights into the most diverse topics and processes. This is what we expect: Planning, control and continuous improvement of the quality of services, products and processes of the bank Participation in the development and compliance of quality standards Active cooperation in the continuous improvement process, in corporate proposal and in complaint management Implementation and evaluation of customer satisfaction surveys and analysis of customer complaints and derivation of measures Coordination and communication with different functional areas Support in the further development of quality management Promoting quality awareness and cooperative values throughout the company

The following should include your properties: Personal: Structured, careful and detailed operation Representative coordination and organisational capabilities Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking and conflict resolution strength Self-motivation, commitment and readiness to learn Ability to convey complex facts in a comprehensible and addressable manner technical: Successfully completed bank-based training Ideal experience in multiple functions within the bank Interest in diverse topics and processes of the Bank
