Project Manager Building Automation (m/f/d)

• Intermediate and large projects of building automation in the new building and inventory are technically and economically responsible • Control projects from planning and plant and assembly planning to execution and delivery • Keep an eye on dates, costs, quality, resources and project results • Coordinate subcontractors, monitor performance and carry out regular decreases • clarify technical facts and interfaces with customers, planners, suppliers and other project participants • Check requirements, plant concepts, automation schemes, R&I schemes and schematics and translate them into precise execution planning • expertly advise and support customers from the supply creation to project realization to the handover • Participate in offering calculation, contract negotiations, follow-up management and project accounting

• Technicians, masters or bachelor degrees in electrical, supply, automation or building technology or a comparable qualification • Ideally experience in managing projects of building automation or technical building equipment • Knowledge of DDC and automation systems, bus systems, protocols and technical building equipment • security in reading and creating technical documents; Knowledge of WSCAD or TRIC are advantageous • Basic knowledge of relevant regulations such as VOB, DIN and VDI • Communication strength, negotiation skills, customer orientation and joy in coordinating different stakeholders • Self-employed, structured and reliable working and good economic understanding • Good knowledge of MS Office and Driving Class B
