At the Bergkirchen site we develop and manufacture components, modules as well as devices for generating, transport and measuring light. Our technical sales ensure competent advice and support for our customers. The warehouse at our site is responsible for shipping all Thorlabs products within Europe. Head of the daily operation of the European Order Fillment Team Support for the coaching of European sales teams in defining and maintaining appropriate shipping dates Support in ensuring a reasonable HV level Management of the available stock, aligned with customer requirements Establishment and maintenance of continuous communication with European production units and other order filling teams

Completion in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in Order Fulfillment, Customer Service, Supply Chain or Distribution Funded understanding of inventory management, supply chain processes and production planning Very good knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. D365) and MS Office Flowing English skills, other European languages are advantageous Excellent communication skills, diplomatic and at the same time strong Embossed analytical and structured working methods combined with pragmatism Ability to remain powerful under pressure and to set clear priorities in dynamic environments Proactive, solution-oriented thinking with focus on continuous process improvement
