· Support in operational recruiting (job advertisements, applicant management, interview coordination) · Communication with applicants:inside · Participation in the Azubi Recruiting · Support for the further development of school cooperation and networks · Preparation, organisation and participation in training and career fairs as well as school events · Working with the optimization of recruiting processes and support in evaluations (e.g. candidate numbers, trade fair success)
