Development and optimization of extrusion processes for the production of components in rail superstructure taking into account material properties such as viscosity, melting behavior and flow properties Adaptation and optimization of the extrusion parameters (e.g. temperature profiles, screw speed, pressure conditions) to ensure stable and uniform production selection and adaptation of the extrusion tools (e.g. nozzles, calibration systems) taking into account the product requirements Installation and programming of extrusion systems, including control systems, and monitoring of production parameters Conducting test series and test runs to fine tune the extrusion processes Continuous monitoring of extrusion processes to ensure consistent product quality Conducting fault analyses in production disorders and introducing corrective measures for process stabilization
