SAP Application Specialist (m/f/d)

SAP Application Management: You are responsible for the stable operation and the continuous development of our SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Landscape. Process & Project Support: You support SAP and ERP projects, coordinate change processes, accompany tests, go-Lives and validations, and monitor project progress. Support & Incident Management: You process incidents and service requests, coordinate tickets via various internal and external service portals and support end users as well as key users in daily business. Interface management: You coordinate cross-departmental SAP processes and work closely with departments, external service providers and SAP support partners. Role & Permission Management: You enter role and authorization concepts, perform user and authorization administrations and support audits as well as cleaning up existing authorization structures. User & master data management: You support the maintenance of user, role and selected personal master files within the SAP system landscape. Form & Output Management: You enter form adaptations, print outputs and output processes with SAP Adobe Forms or Lifecycle Designer. ELO Administration & Document Management: You support the administration of the ELO system landscape, process problems and address document and workflow processes. Documentation & Organisation: You create technical documentation, configuration instructions, emergency and action plans and support meetings, follow-ups and organizational tasks.

Qualification: You have a completed study or training in the field of computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification. SAP expert: You have well-founded knowledge in SAP S/4HANA and ideally experience in SAP Application Management. ERP knowledge: You bring practical experience in the ERP environment as well as incident and application support. Permission management: You have knowledge in user, role and authorization management within SAP systems. Cloud technologies: Ideally, you have experience with SAP IAS, SAP BTP or comparable cloud technologies. Project Management: You work structured and have already gained experience in the collaboration or coordination of IT and ERP projects. Communication: You have secure communication skills in German and English and are happy to work with different disciplines. Working: You are characterized by analytical thinking, self-initiative and a structured way of working.
