Place: Pfullendorf Type: Full time As HR Specialist Payroll (m/w/d), you are looking for a reliable and service-oriented approach to our employees and executives, as well as cooperating institutions in all relevant accounting and administrative questions. As a competent HR Specialist Payroll (m/w/d) you can strengthen our Payroll team in Pfullendorf. We are looking for full-time support and part-time support (about 20 hours / week).

Individually responsible and on-time implementation of the monthly salary bill, taking into account the corresponding tax and social insurance regulations for the assigned companies Competent respondent for pay topics of our employees, executives and HR Business Partners Reliable implementation of all tax-related and social insurance-related notifications to social security institutions, financial offices and other authorities, and implementation of monthly and annual work Management and supervision of occupational pension schemes and long-term accounts Timely creation of reports and statistics as well as general personal administrative tasks Participation in responsible projects, e.g. in the implementation of collective bargaining requirements, in the case of interface optimizations or interdisciplinary topics

You bring a completed commercial vocational training and several years of professional experience in the pay bill. You also have: Current knowledge of labour law, tax and social security law, we require sound knowledge in the collective bargaining law of the chemical industry.
