Become an outsourcing officer:r (m/w/d) in the area of Digital Business & IT Management

As an outsourcing officer:r (m/w/d), you play a key role in all issues related to outsourcing and ICT third party management. In doing so, you shape the continuous development of service management as well as corresponding control and monitoring processes.

In your role as an outsourcing officer:r (m/w/d), you are looking for a reliable and regulatoryly safe outsourcing management. You are the interface to all relevant disciplines and coordinate the implementation of all risk analyses according to MaRisk and DORA. You advise on the assessment and regulatory classification of outsourcing and ICT third-party services. You coordinate the internal release processes before contract conclusion and changes of services. You will ensure the reliable documentation of the outsourcing including the relocations. You report to the management about the essential outsourcing and the level of outsourcing management. You take the necessary supervisory reports to the BaFin (e.g. the information register for ICT services and the outsourcing register). You actively participate in the further development of internal policies, processes and standards in the outsourcing and ICT third-party service provider management. You are a central contact for examiners – both for internal auditing and for external examiners.

A successfully completed banking training with IT reference, an IT training or a comparable qualification Understanding contract, process, operating and ICT risks Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, in particular MaRisk, KWG and DORA Interest in developing you professionally A structured and independent way of working – paired with communication strength and team spirit High quality awareness and joy in complex regulatory issues
