Strategic customer responsibility: You take account of account responsibility for important customers and develop together with these long-term growth strategies based on Atlassian products

Leadership and development of teams: You coach consultants and senior consultants, build internal and external teams and run them in challenging, national and international projects

Portfolio and product strategy: You actively contribute your know-how to the further development of our Atlassian services and to company and portfolio planning

Highly complex implementation projects: You advise customers in the requirement definition, create specifications and accompany the entire project cycle - from design to rollout

Business & Process consulting: You advise customers on the design, introduction and optimization of business and IT processes with the entire Atlassian product portfolio. The focus is on Jira, Jira Service Management and Confluence. You analyse processes, identify potential for improvement and develop tailor-made solutions for efficient workflows, optimal cooperation and long-term value creation

Quality Management & Compliance: You define specific quality standards and ensure compliance in globally distributed project teams

Multiannual project experience in complex, national and international IT environments (enterprise implementations, scaling, migration, customization) Multiannual, detectable experience as (Senior-)Consultant throughout the Atlassian ecosystem (especially Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence) Methodological competence, e.g. through certifications (IPMA, PMP, ITIL Expert) and ideally agile qualifications (Scrum, SAFe)

In-depth business knowledge (creation of business cases, product calculations, cost-benefit analyses)

Excellent communication skills, also at management level, and ability to clear written presentation of complex topics

Excellent ability to present complex facts in writing

Excellent presentation and moderation capabilities, negotiation skills

Embossed leadership and coaching skills as well as experience in building and managing interdisciplinary teams

Impressive capacity for conflict resolution and enforcement combined with strong customer orientation and entrepreneurial thinking English language skills
