Compilation of monthly and annual accounts according to HGB and support for Group reporting Support in the creation and monitoring of budgets and financial forecasts Monitoring the coordination of main account accounts and ensuring the accuracy of financial data Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal regulations and internal guidelines Identification and implementation of improvements in accounting processes Cooperation with other departments and external partners, such as auditors and tax advisors Creating reports for management and support in decision-making leadership and motivation of the team to ensure efficient and accurate accounting

A completed study of Business Administration, Finance or a comparable degree Multiannual experience in accounting, ideally in a leadership position Knowledge of accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel Proven ability to lead and motivate a team Strong analytical skills and detail accuracy Excellent organisational and time management skills Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English
