Analysis and Evaluation of (New) Requirements in the Ticket System Participation in internal and cross-departmental projects, such as the introduction of new systems and tools Planning, control, monitoring and reporting of planned process optimizations acceptance and testing of process optimizations Direct contact person in customer management and interface to other specialist departments

Basic knowledge of all systems and tools used in customer management Experience in the application of classic and agile project management methods knowledge of process modelling (BPMN 2.0) as well as process setup and sequence; Using tools like Camunda Ability to assess business performance indicators and to create statistics, evaluations and cost/benefit analyses Safe handling of popular MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the Atlassian Suite (Jira and Confluence)
