Responsible management and management of projects and initiatives in the area of customer centering Ensure that the customer perspective is consistently integrated through appropriate methods and close cooperation with the market research team Analysis of processes from customer and employee perspective and identification of optimization potentials Advising all departments of the Bank on all questions concerning customer centering Further development of key issues of customer centering strategy and setting new impulses Moderating interdisciplinary teams and driving innovative solutions for customers

Funded expertise in the field of Customer Experience (CX), strong negotiation security and a sovereign and professional appearance Strategic thinking, high self-initiative and consistently customer-centric thinking and working methods Joy in cooperation with various internal stakeholders and a secure presentation style Analytical, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation High empathy, ability to take perspectives and self-responsible moderation of change processes and conflicts Sovereign handling of voltage fields in CX management and a balanced balancing of interests Addressable, convincing and secure communication across all hierarchical levels and business areas Completed (specialist) university studies or commercial/technical training with multi-year relevant professional experience Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
