Development and Professionalization of Group Controlling, Management Reporting, Performance Control and Management Decision Support Development and development of integrated financial, planning, forecasting, scenario and control models for the group, countries and locations Analysis and control of essential sales, costs, margins, cash and working capital drivers as well as deriving concrete recommendations for action Building clear KPI, reporting and decision structures to improve transparency, comparability and taxability across countries and locations Managing the further development of the data base together with BI and IT as well as ensuring the consistency between operating data, ERP systems, LucaNet and Management Reporting Independent control and implementation of controlling, reporting, data and process improvement projects – from prioritization to sustainable implementation Creation of clear analyses, business cases and decision templates for management, management and holding

At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in Group Controlling, FP&A, Financial Modelling, Corporate Finance or in a comparable financial role multiannual experience in international, decentralised or transformation-focused organisations; Experience in platform, multi-site or private equity structures is advantageous Funded and detectable Power-BI knowledge are imperative as you develop, maintain and develop management reports independently. Very good understanding of GuV, balance sheet, cash flow, working capital and operating value drivers Detectable experience with budget, forecast, medium-term planning, scenario analyses, financial modeling and management reporting Ability to translate complex business models and operational drivers into integrated financial models as well as clear control and decision logics High data and system affinity; ideally experience with LucaNet, SAP, Data Warehouse, SQL or Data Engineering Experience in building structures as well as in independent professional management of cross-departmental projects and stakeholders Very good knowledge of German and English Drive for Excellence: You work independently, have a high level of quality and drive topics forward consistently and sustainably even under time pressure.
