Introduction of sound credit risk practices in all KINTO Group companies on the basis of global internal guidelines and applicable supervisory rules Responsibility of the Kinto EU fleet credit process by examining credit applications via local PODs, with the aim of uniform quality standards Ensure the principles of responsible lending and the relevant global guidelines and provide clear conditions for credit authorisation Assessment of the main risk factors resulting from the report analysis, and follow-up of all necessary corrective measures until completion with the respective KINTO unit (KAIZEN) Implementation of ad hoc risk checks on KINTO units and the resulting cooperation with KINTO units to implement all necessary measures Exchange and advice of KINTO units with regard to improved standardisation of credit processes and governance Mentoring and coaching of CROs and credit analysts of KINTO units

Complete university degree with a focus on economics, risk management, business informatics or comparable Comprehensive experience in credit underwriting for automotive fleets in the international environment Comprehensive experience with motor-finance products in the retail and wholesale business as well as the associated risks Found experience in credit risk reporting for management Experience gained with risk management tools and methods (e.g. retail scoring, corporate rating methodology) Confidentiality with supervisory provisions and IFRS Very good Excel knowledge and basic knowledge of business intelligence tools (BI) English and German fluent in word and writing
