Developments and productions of Electronic assemblies, testing methods and pre- and final assembly. To strengthen the commercial team we are looking for the next time and for long-term employment with takeover option SIE as:

KAUFFRAU/-MANN for BÜROMANAGEMENT or BÜROKAUFFRAU/-MANN or TECHNIKER/-IN (m/w/d).

The company offers you sliding time for the start between 6:00 Watch and 8:00.

Support for order processing / management of customer and Project data – Your tasks:

• Check and collect incoming orders and orders Framework contracts
• Customer support for inquiries
• Creating production orders
• Date management / coordination with production, purchasing and Logistics
• Working in ERP system
• Relevant documentation, data collection, table care
• Calculation, price recovery, supplier management

What you should bring:

• Commercial or technical training
• at least 2 years of professional experience in the commercial sector, ideally in the environment of electronics or manufacturing
• Versified handling of MS-Office and ERP software
• Communication strength, structured, targeted mode of operation with personal responsibility
• Team skills and commitment
