You can receive customer requests by email and phone in German and sometimes in English. You support the solution of customer requests as part of your knowledge that you continuously expand with our support. Customer interactions and requests are documented in our ticket system. With the psychologists from customer care, you tune in content and expand your knowledge horizon. You support us with tasks related to backoffice and project management.

You're an IT-affin and you want something new. You don't need an education or study in the IT field to start with us. You are welcome with a discontinued degree. You can communicate verbally and above all in writing safely in German (C2) and also have no bareness in English emails. You have the pleasure of handling customers and understand their needs.
