Master Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics as Chief Technician Door and Gate Automation (m/f/d)

You have the pleasure of teamwork and are the technical support for our service technicians, as well as for customers in technical questions and complaints You coordinate and monitor assembly and service work and ensure their punctuality, quality and efficiency You accompany assembly and service operations to our customers or also carry out independent installations of any kind of automation for door, door and barrier systems Troubleshooting, Disturbing and Repair of Plants (Service) Implementation of security checks according to common standards (maintenance according to ASR A1.7) You are the contact person*in for construction management, customers and other works Sales Support Technical handling Independent processing of orders and projects After full incorporation, You take over the technical responsibility and represent us in particular in the role of craftsmen.

You have a successful technical training in one of the above mentioned areas or professional training as an electrician, mechatronic or electronic engineer You are a mid-senior and already have a few years of professional experience as a master*in craftsman You have operational leadership experience and know how to guide a team with example You have met the classic craftsmanship as a training company You are happy to pass on your experience and expertise and to train yourself You are all-rounders and also have experience in metal machining, such as drilling, cutting, stitching, welding, thread cutting – it would be a real plus You are sensitive in dealing with customers and their concerns, wishes or complaints You have service consciousness, customer orientation and a friendly and open being Another advantage is experience in the field of technical order processing Very good knowledge of German, knowledge of English is an advantage but no requirement driving licence class B
