Development and updating of strategic concepts in the areas of e-government, IT law, data protection, information security and management digitalisation Developing strategies and evaluating legal, technical and organisational impacts of current developments in digitalisation Representation of the country in working groups of the IT Planning Council Analysis and evaluation of digital innovations and identification of transfer potentials for the regional administration in cooperation with external partners (including universities, other federal states) Legal, Technical and Organisational Questions Working in litigation developing and updating standards, guidelines and recommendations for action; Observation and assessment of regulatory and technological developments and derivation of action needs cross-sectoral coordination of digitization issues and Implementation of workshops for regional administration
