Project Manager (m/f/d) Technical Building Design / Building Services Engineering

In your role as project manager: in TGA, you will ensure the central planning, control and coordination of the technical building equipment of the cross-disciplinary construction measures and take over the technical building representation in the phases of planning, awarding, execution and warranty. These include, in particular, the accompaniment of refurbishment, replacement and new construction measures of public baths focusing on the technical facilities such as water and wastewater supply, ventilation, heating, climate, MSR and technical fire protection. Among other things, you perform the following tasks: Pre-planning of the TGA measures:You define the TGA-specific project objectives and represent the TGA measures provided in a structured manner according to DIN 276 (in particular KG 400). You specify and continue to write the TGA target definition.

Control of the TGA detailed planning:You prepare the award procedures for TGA planning services (HOAI LP 1–9) and carry out these up to the ready-to-subscribe preparation of the contracts. You check and evaluate all TGA planning services over all performance phases according to HOAI and coordinate the individual planning phases. You control the fees of the TGA expert planners and release them.

Controlling the implementation of the TGA measures: You prepare and implement award procedures for the TGA construction services according to VOB and internal procurement regulations. You continuously monitor the TGA planning and execution results and check the need for supplements and monitor the cost development. You carry out all the contractor-side decreases of the TGA systems by and after completion of the project realization, you coordinate the object support.

Have completed technical-scientific university studies (Dipl. Ing. / Master) in the field of technical building equipment, utility technology, mechanical engineering with a focus on TGA or have a comparable degree or equivalent skills and experience. Bring a proven multi-year professional experience in the planning and realization of complex technical building equipment, preferably in public baths. possess knowledge of relevant technical and planning issues. Have experiences in complex construction and project management processes, desirable within the perception of the client function. Pasting knowledge in HOAI, DIN standards (e.g. DIN 1946, DIN 1988, DIN 19643, DIN 19645 etc.) and VDE standards, in DVGW control units and in public procurement according to VOB, GWB, VgV. Experiences with MSR technology, energy management, building physics, sustainability criteria and energy efficiency are desirable. possess the ability to conceptual and structured work as well as to their faster and targeted implementation.
