Internship Quality Management

You support us in compliance with current food standards (e.g. IFS7) and in the further development of our HACCP concept. You design documents and training documents for our employees. You actively participate in validation projects from coordination to implementation in the team. In addition, you support chemical-physical surveys of our fruit preparations, as well as in the control of test reports and receipt certificates. You carry out various measurements independently and check packaging materials for specification accuracy.

You are currently studying in the field of food technology, nutritional sciences or comparable studies, and you want to deepen your knowledge learned so far. You work independently and team-oriented and act responsibly. Your pleasure in dealing with food is just as good as your very high hygiene awareness. The safe handling of MS Office and very good knowledge of German in word and writing complete your profile.
