As a member of the leading association coordination, you support the Executive Board and the Management Board in the strategic and operational development of the leading association in the Erzbistum Hamburg. You assume a central coordination function between the Executive Board, member institutions, bodies and external partners. Coordination of strategic and operational affairs of the leading association in Hamburg, Mecklenburg and Schleswig-Holstein. Support of the Executive Board in the legal, economic and organizational management of the leading association. Organisation and further development of the membership, consultation and accompaniment of the member institutions in key issues. Planning, organisation and implementation of member, carrier and specialist conferences. Preparation, monitoring and follow-up of the committee work and support and representation of the board and management board in internal and external bodies. Creation of decision templates, opinions, analyses and presentations. Participation in the further development of association policy strategies and in projects of the leading association.

Successfully completed academic studies of law, economics, administrative or social sciences or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in a leading association, a welfare organisation, an association or a comparable institution desirable Funded knowledge of the association, association and ideally of the right to benefit Understanding economic relationships and control processes Experience in the preparation and accompaniment of bodies as well as in the handling of voluntary and general decision-makers expressed strategic and analytical thinking, Very good organizational skills as well as a structured and independent way of working A safe, binding occurrence, diplomatic skill and excellent communication skills High identification with the values and objectives of the Caritas and the Catholic Church
