Lead Engineer Systems Implementation Naval Communications (m/f/d)

• You are responsible for the configuration, integration, commissioning and acceptance of our IP-based marine communications systems on ships of our customers worldwide.

• You control and coordinate a multi-site project team and ensure efficient implementation of all implementation activities.

• You carry out system tests and integration checks together with your team and, if necessary, initiate measures for error analysis and troubleshooting.

• You accompany projects until successful completion and ensure the technical customer acceptance of our communication solutions.

• You work closely with engineering, project management and production and ensure smooth coordination with all relevant stakeholders.

• You have successfully completed a degree in engineering, communications technology, electrical engineering, computer science or a comparable technical qualification.

• You have experience in the integration and commissioning of complex technical systems, ideally in the maritime environment.

• Ideally, you bring know-how in Linux, Windows Server, IP-based systems and/or network protocols.

• You are able to penetrate complex technical relationships quickly.

• Your enforcing ability, your structured and self-responsive way of working and your experience in stakeholder management, even in tight situations, are yours.

• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing and a basic readiness to travel complete your profile.
