Development and implementation of an SEO and SEA strategy to maximise traffic and conversion rates Professional leadership and coaching of the SEO and SEA team Creating Guidelines and Templates for SEO Content Team and Validating SEO Content Effective use and monitoring of the SEO/SEA budget as well as optimization of CPC, CTR and Conversion Council Proactive selection, evaluation and control of strategic service providers Intensive interface management with the IT department to ensure that all SEO/SEA activities are technically optimally supported and developed Exchange and cooperation with DIN and DIN Solutions Promoting a uniform SEO/SEA strategy within the group Market and competition analysis to identify trends and opportunities Implementation of efficient processes and workflows for continuous improvement Regular reporting to group management and close coordination with internal and external stakeholders

Complete studies in marketing, business informatics or related discipline Multiannual experience in strategic SEO and SEA optimization Professional leadership experience (coaching holding desirable) Knowledge of common SEO and SEA tools Embossed analytical skills and data-based decision-making Strength of conviction and communication at all hierarchical levels, coupled with a proactive and solution-oriented mode of operation Excellent German and very good English knowledge in word and writing
