Senior Product & Operations Manager (m/f/d)

Welcome to our product management! As a “Senior Product & Operations Manager (m/w/d)” you actively shape the heart of our success: our journeys. You play a central role in the operational control and quality assurance of our products – from costing to availability to ensuring bookability across all systems. With your strong analytical understanding, you create the basis for decisions in product management through sound analyses and data and thus contribute significantly to the performance and efficiency of our journeys. You work closely with Product Managers and your Team Lead, bring your own impulses to further development and take responsibility for operational and process topics as well as their implementation. At the same time, you act as a mentor and Sparring partner in the team and contribute to sustainably strengthening our cooperation and performance. You are actively involved in day-to-day operations, taking independent challenging tasks into calculation, system maintenance and accountability control, and supporting transparency and prioritization in ensuring the overview of team-wide to-dos and ongoing topics You conduct well-founded market and product analyses, derive concrete recommendations for action and thus create a resilient basis for the product management You are proactive with operational impulses and suggestions for improvement to further develop our products and processes and advance continuous improvements together with the Team Lead You design and improve processes, workflows and tools and actively support the development of cross-departmental standards You control challenging coordination with internal and external stakeholders and bring the Product & Operations perspective confidently You take responsibility for operating projects with direct influence on bookability, data quality and process efficiency and ensure their successful implementation As a mentor and savings partner, you support the professional development of team members and strengthen their decision-making capability

Yes!” You have a relevant study or relevant training and min. 5 years of relevant professional experience Touristic experience is desirable, but no requirement The travel products of SKR Reisen inspire you You have a quick understanding and keep a cool head even in stressful situations You like independent work and like to take responsibility You communicate clearly in the matter and kindly in the form You bring good MS Office skills (in Excel) with You have fun working in the team and have a positive basic attitude
