Lean Trainer Global Technical Services & Service Enablement (m/f/d)

Application, training and further development of Lean methods and tools (e.g. SFM, Gemba, Value Stream Mapping & Design, 5S, KPI/performance management, waste analysis) in the international service environment Conception and implementation of Lean trainings for global technical service teams and local service subsidiaries as well as support for the annual service manager training in Memmingen and the local implementation Initiation and support of value flow analyses and designs in international service centers to optimize technical, logistical and administrative service processes Support local service organisations to implement standardized service processes, tools and lean methods Control of Lean pilot projects and support of the global rollout of successful approaches Promoting a Lean Mint Set by coaching service managers and local leadership teams, building and moderating a global Lean community and active involvement of relevant stakeholders in change processes Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Prozessexperten (m/w/d), Lead-Service-Centern und Corporate Lean zur ubiquitous development of lean approaches

Complete studies in industrial engineering, in business, engineering or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in lean management, process optimization or a technical or service-oriented environment, as well as detectable successes in the implementation of lean projects and process improvements Knowledge of Lean Methods and Tools (e.g. Value Stream Design, Kanban, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Problem Solution Methods) and experience in the design and implementation of training, workshops and coaching formats Experience in international projects and change management as well as safe handling of international teams, service managers and local service organisations

knowledge of German and English in word and writing (min. C1); pronounced communication and moderation competence in cross-functional and intercultural contexts readiness for international missions (approx. 15–20 %)
