Consultant / Senior-Consultant Solutions (m/f/d)

Customer satisfaction is not a keyword for us, but the scale of our daily work. This is why we are looking for consultants who want to accompany customer projects independently, develop pragmatic solutions and actively shape long-term customer relationships. As a consultant or Senior Consultant Solutions, you support our customers in introducing and developing our legal and compliance solutions. Depending on the experience and profile, you take responsibility for customer projects of different complexity and work closely with customers, development and product management.

You independently conduct customer projects to introduce and further develop our legal and compliance solutions. In workshops, you will work together with our customers to develop requirements and solutions for the imaging of professional processes within our software solutions. You configure our applications according to customer requirements and accompany technical integrations, for example via standard interfaces such as Entra ID or DocuSign. You structure individual requirements together with the customer and form them as usable specialist concepts or user stories for our development teams. You accompany tests, trainings and go-lives and support our customers with further adjustments and optimizations after the project. Depending on the experience, you can also moderate challenging workshops with different stakeholders to management level. In the case of technical or technical questions, you can support our sales in customer or voting appointments. As a senior consultant, you also contribute your project experience to the further development of our consulting area and support colleagues through knowledge transfer and professional exchange.

You have a completed study, an education in the IT or commercial environment or a comparable qualification. You work structured, communication-intensive and like to work together with customers on sustainable solutions. You are interested in technical relationships and do not hesitate to technical configurations or integrations. Ideally, you have already gained experience in customer projects, consulting or the introduction of software solutions. For entry as a senior consultant, you will bring several years of experience in the implementation of demanding customer projects in the consulting or software environment. You can structure requirements in a comprehensible manner and transfer them into implementable solutions together with development teams. Ideally, you bring a basic understanding of JavaScript or TypeScript to accompany or evaluate technical adjustments together with our development teams. In addition to very good German skills, you will also feel safe in English-speaking workshops and project discussions. For workshops or important project appointments on site, you will bring occasional travel readiness within the DACH room.
