Projektmanagement (d/w/m) Munich, Bavaria, Germany

You accompany purchase and contract management processes in a legal manner and are in an advisory capacity to the company. You conduct professional negotiations in complex (framework) contracts and consistently represent the interests of the company. You regularly develop, check and update legally secure contractual templates for strategic and operational purchasing. You implement legal strategies for risk mitigation and ensure compliance in purchasing contracts and throughout the supplier portfolio. You take over the full legal examination of existing and new contracts, identify, evaluate and implement optimization or termination potentials and cooperate closely with the company law department. You advise the buyers and internal departments competently on all operational issues relating to contract law. You actively support the further development of legal and effective purchasing policies and compliance requirements.

Training as a full lawyer. Experience or interest in strategic purchasing and contract management. Excellent knowledge of contract law and ideally experience with regulatory requirements in the financial sector (DORA and MaGo). Embossed analytical and entrepreneurial thinking. High solution competence and self-initiative in complex situations. Sovereignty, enforcement ability and safe negotiation skills. High customer and service orientation, team skills and communication strength.
