Team Leader Quality Management - Nursing / Audits (m/f/d)

Professional and disciplinary leadership of the quality management team as well as strategic further development of the central quality management Further development and control of the quality management system including quality standards, QM manual and relevant KPI systems Development, implementation and optimization of cross-site processes, concepts and quality guidelines taking into account legal requirements Planning, coordination and supervision of internal audits as well as external quality audits by the medical service, home supervision and other audit bodies Further development of complaint management and derivation and implementation of sustainable improvement measures for continuous quality improvement Planning and implementation of training, quality circles and training measures for managers and employees as well as further development of modern learning formats Management of quality-relevant projects, digitalization initiatives and new openings as well as responsibility for the further development of the nursing campus Regular reporting to management and close cooperation with executives, authorities and external partners for the sustainable development of quality

Completed training as a nursing specialist, a study in health care or a comparable qualification Further training in quality management (e.g. QMB) or a comparable additional qualification Multiannual professional experience in quality management, ideal for nursing or healthcare First leadership experience as well as the ability to guide teams to value and goal-oriented Knowledge of legal quality requirements as well as experience in audits and quality reviews (SGB V, SGB XI, MD exams) Impressed communication and consulting skills as well as a safe occurrence towards executives, authorities and external partners Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation with high conversion strength High level of initiative, sense of responsibility and organisational skills Safe handling of MS Office and digital quality management and documentation systems Readiness for cross-site operations within the group
