Human Resources Administrator (m/w/d) - Part-time or Full-time

The company is conveniently located east of Osnabrück and is therefore easily accessible for candidates from different regions. However, you have the possibility to work after a period of incorporation, 2-3 working days from home office in part-time (20 hours) or full-time (up to 40 hours). The customer plans to occupy the job in the long term as part of the personal placement (direct setting at the customer). What does this mean for you? Preparation and implementation of wage and salary billing, including all subsequent pay issues Processing of reporting and certification Communication with employees, health insurance companies, authorities, social security institutions and insurance companies on all pay tax, social insurance and other personal questions Collection of accounting-relevant employee master and movement data

A successfully completed commercial training (e.g. tax specialist (m/w/d)) or a comparable qualification with corresponding further training (e.g. wage accounting (m/w/d)) Multiannual professional experience required in a comparable task Knowledge of wage tax, social security and labour law Secure handling of MS-Office and DATEV Secure appearance, social competence and esteemed communication Self-employed and structured work High level of commitment and performance
