Our KMG Klinik Boizenburg is a hospital for basic and regular care and has 54 beds and three specialist departments (Innere Medizin, Allgemein- und Viszeralchirurgie). In the year about 3,100 patients are treated stationary and 3,900 outpatient. The Department of Internal Medicine with 34 beds, including 4 IMC beds, covers all internalistic basic and emergency care for the region. Among other things, we have a powerful endoscopic department, with modern ultrasound diagnostics, including TEE. The focus of the clinic is the implantation of cardiac pacemakers and event recorders as well as the electrocardioversions of cardiac arrhythmias. There are close cooperations with the Klinik für Kardiologie und Angiologie der Helios Kliniken Schwerin and the Marienkrankenhaus in Hamburg.
