Rock Capital Group is a private asset management and real estate project development that focuses on the regions of Munich and Frankfurt. It focuses on the development of residential and commercial areas and urban districts.

Our projects focus on residential facilities, student residences, retail projects, hotels, business and commercial parks, office and administration buildings as well as laboratories/Lab offices for the biotech and life science industry. To further strengthen our teams, we are looking for (Senior)-Technical Property Manager (m/w/d)

Technical object management according to the objective of the project team in the sense of building development, sustainable profitability, liquidity and value maintenance and development for the real estate portfolios to be supervised Measures-based budget planning and monitoring for buildings in stock and facility services, taking into account the maintenance strategy Procurement management including the procurement and award of construction and facility services the provision of architectural and engineering services in the context of the planning phase in accordance with the performance model according to HOAI, for the construction in existence (modernization, renovation and rebuilding measures) Development of maintenance strategies Regular coordination/controlling of ongoing construction measures with the project team Technical object reports Claims against contractors of ongoing and completed construction measures Control and monitoring of facility services in infrastructural and technical building management including maintenance, inspection and repair (performance control, performance control of FM service providers) Optimization measures regarding the operation of real estate (e.g. facility services contracts, technical facilities) Processing of repair/maintenance measures

Higher education in engineering, architecture or civil engineering, electrical engineering or skilled craft professionals with relevant knowledge Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position in technical object management Advanced knowledge in project and facility management Knowledge of construction in stock (Dach & Fach und TGA) Practical business knowledge Secure understanding of numbers and strong sense of responsibility You are characterized by economic thinking, communication and team skills and work precisely, independently and also independently
