Contact person for compliance matters, supervision of the Group-wide reporting system and identification and clarification of violations Supporting the Global Compliance Network (Regional and Local Compliance Officer) Conception and implementation of compliance training including creation of other communication materials (including newsletters) Verification, determination and improvement of internal compliance rules and processes (e.g. in the field of antitrust/competition law and corruption prevention) Implementation of Compliance Risk Assessment and Auditing of Group Companies Compliance Systems (worldwide) Close cooperation, coordination and coordination of legal issues with the departments and external lawyers

Projektmanager (m/w/d) with two completed legal stateexamina as well as professional experience in an internationally active law firm and/or in a globally active company focusing on compliance Experience in antitrust/competition law and corruption prevention Interest in further areas of economic law Good understanding of economic relationships, pronounced analytical thinking and an independent and solution-oriented way of working Embossed communication and networking skills in the international environment, ideally experience in network / matrix organisations Good sense of interest and conflict management as well as a sovereign occurrence Negotiating German and English skills, additional language skills are advantageous
