Your daily tasks:

• Installation, configuration and support of devices such as desktops, notebooks, tablets and mobile handheld scanners
• acceptance and transfer to transport service provider
• independent analysis of faults in the IT landscape of customers
• Responsibility for customer requests and support in personal user care
• Support for removals through the development of IT components

Take this with you:

• Basic IT skills required
• Experience with ticket system (required)
• Secure appearance
• good language skills / German
• high service and customer orientation
