Intern Product Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking forward to your application as an intern (m/w/d) at C24 Bank for a period of at least 3 months.

You help us automate internal processes AI-assisted - from identification of suitable use cases to implementation You work on the further development of our automated customer communication (Chatbot and Mailbot) and help to increase response quality and automation rate You test and optimierst prompts, knowledge bases and response logics and evaluate the results You support the creation of reports and presentations for strategic decisions You work closely with product management, customer service and IT to gain insights into different areas of C24 Bank

You are in your studies or have a degree in Business Administration, Economics, (Economic) informatics, Data Science or a similar field

You have first experience in dealing with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) and desire to get deeper

You work structured and analytically and have the pleasure of penetrating and improving processes

You have a quick understanding and a high motivation to work on new topics

You are important to team spirit - you are communicative, committed and happy to work in a dynamic environment
