Central contact for the customer as well as active development of the customer relationship and facility services Responsibility for the economic management of responsibility including budget planning, cost control and reporting Analysis and comparison of the performance of several sites using defined KPIs and benchmarks, as well as derivation and implementation of optimization measures Development and implementation of measures to continuously improve quality, efficiency, cost-effectiveness and customer satisfaction Preparation and implementation of object, quality and customer discussions as well as regular coordination with relevant stakeholders Control and management of the operational team and ensuring operational performance Control of safe, efficient and economic operation of technical and infrastructural building equipment

Completed study of supply technology, technician/master training or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in holistic facility management Good knowledge of technical and infrastructure building management Commercial understanding and experience in budget, cost and performance control Experience in support of key accounts and ideally in controlling multiple locations Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking as well as experience in dealing with KPIs and benchmarks Representative customer and service orientation, communication and leadership skills Good knowledge of English and an independent, structured and solution-oriented approach
