Development of new solutions for the fields of transport path construction and corrosion protection. Support of the Head of Division in the development and development of the department. In-house and cross-disciplinary discussion with product management for the specification definition and identification of possible solutions. Search and test new materials and raw materials to optimize existing recipes and develop new products. Production of materials in the laboratory scale and their qualification using modern testing technology and application-specific testing methods. Accompanying the scale-up from the laboratory to the production scale in close cooperation with the production. Verification of new developments in the laboratory and in cooperation with application technology. Careful documentation and presentation of the results.

Successfully completed studies or training with subsequent multiannual professional experience in the field of chemistry, engineering or material sciences. Professional experience in development or related areas is desirable. They are familiar with laboratory activities and have experiences with mechanical and chemical material testing methods. They are an experimental and creative practitioner and enjoy self-employed work. Target-oriented, systematic and result-oriented teamwork also distinguishes you. Due to the international orientation of our company, English skills are advantageous. A practiced handling of MS Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) is expected. They have a high degree of self-motivation, flexibility and organizational talent.
