Process Engineer Plastics (m/f/d)

Industrialization: You enter projects from development to series maturity and bring new products safely into production. Process optimization: You analyze existing manufacturing processes, identify potentials and implement improvements in the series. Quality Assurance: You will first and care for FMEAs and ensure product and process quality in a sustainable manner. Serial start: You plan, organize and document sample and zero series until the successful handover to the series. Technology use: You introduce new processes and technologies and accompany their implementation during operation. Troubleshooting: You are the first contact person in process engineering challenges in plastic injection.

Qualification: Preferentially completed studies in plastics technology or mechanical engineering with the direction of intensification of production technology or alternatively further training to the technician/master in the field of plastics technology. Experience: Multiannual practice (approx. 3–5 years) in plastics processing, industrialization or production. Knowledge: Funded knowledge in injection moulding, tool technology and lean production and process development. Methodology: Safe in handling QM methods, statistical evaluations and ideally Six Sigma. Operation: Analytical, solution-oriented and with clear view for quality, cost and efficiency. Personality: Proactive, assertive and communicative – you bring topics to your destination and are happy to work in the team.
