Then you can introduce yourself here: Sustainability advice: You actively participate in the strategic sustainability consulting of banks, insurance companies, asset managers or in the real estate sector. Sustainability projects: Implementation and control of holistic sustainability projects through strategy, regulatory and data & IT. Risk Management: You support the development of sustainability risk management taking into account regulatory requirements of BaFin and ECB, EBA and ESMA. Innovation: Advice and support in building data & IT solutions in terms of sustainability, taking into account all requirements from risk, reporting, strategy, etc. Financial products: You are responsible for the design of sustainable finance products (e.g. Green Loans, Green Bonds) and the construction of sales concepts for them.

Successfully completed studies of economic, engineering, social and natural sciences. Studies in the fields of sustainability, sustainable finance, climate, circular economy or ESG are of advantage. Ideally, at least 2 years of professional experience in the field of sustainability / Sustainable Finance / ESG from banks, insurance companies, real estate, asset managers or a management consultancy. Basic knowledge of some common standards and regulations in the context of sustainability (e.g. EU taxionomy, BaFin leaflet, ECB guide, disclosure regulation, MIFID2, CSRD, TCFD, GRI, UN Principles, UN SDGs, etc.). German and English very well in word and writing as well as very good knowledge in dealing with MS Office (in particular PowerPoint and Excel), a solution-oriented operation and fun in complex tasks.
